At Allurakart India, operated by Allurakart India Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the start of package opening is required for any return or refund claim.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect:

Items purchased under clearance sale or promotional offers
Invalid Return Conditions
Return or refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

No unboxing video provided as proof

Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Products returned without original tags or packaging

Repeated refusal or return of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without valid reasons
Customers showing patterns of frequent or fraudulent returns may be flagged for future order restrictions.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, customers may request a refund as per the terms outlined.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

COD order refunds will be transferred via bank account (details must be shared during the process).

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours after reviewing the case.
Policy Enforcement
Allurakart India Private Limited reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Orders suspected of violating this policy may be denied refunds or returns.
